There is a governing board in place which consists of 20 members and meets quarterly, usually prior to the collaborative meeting. This Board includes the School Superintendent, Health Department Director, Department of Family and Children's Services Director, North Georgia College and State University Representative, Finance Director for the School System, 4-H Coordinator, Community Member, 4 Business Representatives, 4 Parent Representatives, and one youth Representatives.


The officers of the Collaborative are:
