Welcome

The challenge course is simply a tool that offers adventure for a group of people, giving them the opportunity to enhance and develop leadership skills in the process as they make group decisions and work through them. The activities range from tag games, to group task, to partnered high element challenges. This hands-on approach is designed to help people learn from their interaction and then apply those principles to real life situations.

Philosophy

On our course we use the words "Challenge of Choice," which means participants choose their own level of effort during each of the activities. No one should feel pressured into doing something they do not want to do. Group members are encouraged to respect individual decisions and be involved in the group process.

Our objective is to enhance the individual's level of confidence, self-awareness, personal insight, and to have fun in the process. We attempt to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment for personal growth to develop. In addition, we set-up opportunities for groups to learn to function meaningfully and productively in a group setting. Success is determined not by how well individuals or the group performs, but rather by the extent to which they are willing to try something new and work together to accomplish the task.
