Lumpkin Family Connection | Lumpkin Challenge Course | Mentor Program

What is Family Connection?
Family Connection is the largest state wide network of communities in the nation. There is a Family Connection Collaborative in each of the 159 counties in Georgia. Each year the Georgia General Assembly makes funds available to each Family Connection site. Other operating funds are provided by State and Federal grants as well as local contributions and fund raising activities. Each community develops a plan with strategies to improve results in five areas:
  • Healthy Children
  • Children ready for school
  • Children succeeding in school
  • Stable, Self-sufficient families
  • Strong Communities
